(8am-5pm PST) Remote Support via phone,email,chat:
- A-la-carte : $99/hour
- Pre-Paid Block of 5 hours: $250 or $50/hour
After Hours Remote Support via phone,email,chat:
- A-la-carte: $185/hour
- Pre-Paid: 2x block time or $100/hour equivalent in prepaid block hours
On-Site Support:
- A-la-carte: $185/hour – 1/2 Travel Time billed as well
- Pre-paid Block: 1/2 Travel Time will use block hours
