If you are a small or single-person business, you should NOT be using your @sbcglobal, @aol, @gmail, @yahoo email account for business. These single-user, free email systems do not provide for the level of security logging that you would need in order to ensure your data is protected. Additionally, the level of customer service you will receive with a free email platform is next to nothing. With M365 and GSuite, which have additional monitoring capabilities, we can ensure that your data is secure as well as recoverable in the event of a data loss.
